Liquor and Gaming licensing in the state of Montana is a highly regulated industry. Reely Law Firm represents parties in transactions which involve the sale and purchase of liquor licenses (and their gaming counterpart), preparation and submission of new license applications to the Montana Department of Revenue and the Montana Department of Justice, and transfers of ownership of existing licenses.
